Westchester Books (working title, not the brand) Bookkeeping by Waqas, Morphology Tax. Site run by Shakur, CodeMyVibe.

Waqas, pick the free thing.

Three working versions of the button people press before they ever talk to you. Try each one on your phone. Each has a different look on purpose, so you can react to that too.

Every version emails Shakur the lead with a phone number, and nothing on any page quotes a price or claims a credential.

Catch-Up Estimate

Who it attracts: owners who know they are behind and are dreading it. Four dropdowns, then "small, medium, or large job."

What it costs you per lead: nothing. The page sizes the job. You only hear from people who pressed the button.

Look: spreadsheet.

Books Health Check

Who it attracts: owners with a nagging feeling, before they know they are behind. Eight questions, a score, three fixes.

What it costs you per lead: nothing, and the lead arrives already knowing what they failed, so the first call is short.

Free Books Review

Who it attracts: the most serious. Anyone who hands over a bank statement is close to buying.

What it costs you per lead: real time, maybe half an hour each, reading a statement and writing one page. The page shows a sample of that one-pager for you to approve or shrink.

Look: traditional accounting ledger.

Two things to reply with

  1. A, B, or C, and why. Ask yourself: which brings leads you can actually take on, which costs you the least time before the client is paying, and which would you be proud to put your name on.
  2. Yes or no on "Text me my results." A and B have a smaller link under the result that only asks for a phone number. It catches people who are not ready to talk. Each one is a text you send by hand.
